Mark your calendars for the 7th Annual Camel City Bikefest sponsored by Smokin Harley-Davidson and Tom McGrath’s Motorcycle Law Group! 

This year we are bringing the party to Smokin Harley-Davidson for a weekend FULL of FUN!!

  • Fun starts at 7:00 PM Thursday night we kick it off at Xtreme Wings N Things with a special Camel City Pre-Party Bike Night with live music from Audio Assault. They will Kickstart the weekend with your favorite hard rock and metal runes!
  • Friday night we get LOUD!! Bad Attitude Audio will be hosting a motorcycle audio show with some of the most insane sound systems you will ever hear on a bike! We will also get rowdy with our friends from The Rebel Spirit who will be bringing out their signature Burnout Pit for a real life Smokeshow! Upstairs Xtreme Wings N things will have Muddy Creek Revival performing! An amazing band you don’t want to miss! 
  • Saturday we kick things off at 11 with live music, the Baggerz Saloon Bike Show brought to you by The Carolinas Full Throttle Magazine, Scott Ray (Ray Publishing) Photography, vendors, food trucks, contests, and more! FREE ADMISSION, but we ask that you bring a few canned goods to help out our local food banks! We start the day off with the one and only super talented Jon Montgomery! He can flat out sing and plays a great mix of old and new country. 
  • We are super excited to have the boys from SmasHat back this year. They NEVER disappoint and ALWAYS bring the party!  
  • We also have none other than Bad Romeo rockin the house! If you have never caught them, do NOT miss out! These guys are badass! They will rock our faces off with all your favorite 80’s and 90’s jams. The after party will continue at Xtreme with even more live music from 7 Roads Band! 

CAMEL CITY BIKEFEST ULTIMATE BIKER COUPLE CONTEST‼️


This year for Camel City Bikefest we are mixing it up and doing a little something different. We need your nominations on who you think is THE ultimate biker couple in the Triad! 
This can be a couple that rides together or individually, a dynamic duo that works hard for the biker community, a badass power couple with big hearts that supports causes, a pair that lives the bike life to its fullest and are “COUPLE GOALS”. To nominate your favorite biker couple, you must DM me with their names, a picture of them, and a brief explanation of why you think they deserve to win. 
Nominations will be accepted through FRIDAY SEPT.10TH AT NOON. Then we will start the voting process for the nominees!

10th Annual Ridin’ Hawg Wild motorcycle ride – Sammy’s Ride!

Join us for our 10th Annual Ride on April 28th, 2018! Our Poker Run is a fun-filled day with so many wonderful people joining us year after year. You’re sure to meet some new friends all while raising money for a good cause. Please check out our website for even more Ride details and photos from previous years.   • Registration starts at 9am and ends at 11am
  • Ride leaves at 11:15am
  • Ride arrives at Lil Bar at approximately 3:30/4:00

Registration cost 25.00 for one bike/one passenger and 30.00 for one bike/2 passenger- each registration includes one poker hand per passenger. Additional poker hands can be purchased for 5.00 each.

Prayer Vigil for Winston-Salem Police Officers

To all Ray Publishings Friends and Biker Friends. This month First Christian Motorcycle Outreach Ministry has an opportunity to attend a prayer vigil for our law enforcement officers from 3-4 pm. We will leave FCCM at 1:00, stop for lunch, and ride with us ending up at the Winston Salem police station at 3:00. Come out and help us support our men in blue. Please arrive fueled up. Winston-Salem restaurant named NC’s best seafood spot!

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A restaurant in Winston-Salem has been named the best seafood spot in North Carolina and another in Greensboro ranked high on the list.

Scoutology.com recently released a list of the “Top 16 North Carolina Seafood Spots,” listing the best places in the state for fish.

King’s Crab Shack and Oyster Bar at 239 W. Fourth St. in Winston-Salem was ranked at No.1. 1618 Seafood Grille at 1618 W Friendly Ave. in Greensboro was ranked at No. 4.

Community Job Fair @ Winston-Salem Dash

Four local companies will interview for more than 200 combined positions at the Community Job Fair, presented by WestRock, which is set for Saturday, March 5. The Job Fair will take place at BB&T Ballpark, the home of the Winston-Salem Dash, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

An application is available here, and all interested individuals are encouraged to bring a completed version with them to the event. Everyone who attends the Community Job Fair will have a chance to interview. Positions may be subject to a drug test.

Through their partners Legends Hospitality and Rhino Sports & Entertainment Services, the Dash will interview for 150 positions. These positions for the 70-game home slate for 2016 include the following: Bartenders, Bat Boys, Cleaning Attendants, Club Attendants, Concession Attendants, Cooks, Grounds Crew Members, Parking Attendants, Servers, Suite Attendants, Ticket Takers and Ushers.

WestRock will also accept applications and conduct various interviews for at least 15 local positions. WestRock is a leading global packaging company focused on customers, innovation and operation excellence. WestRock aspires to be the premier partner and unrivaled provider of paper and packaging solutions in global consumer and corrugated markets. Earlier this week, Flow Automotive announced that it will post approximately 50 positions for sales representatives and technicians.
